The online counseling portal of Diakonie Baden
You can use this online counseling portal to securely communicate with our counseling centers in Albania, Armenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine. The data is transmitted in encrypted form and cannot be read by other people. The system offers a high level of data protection.
How does the registration work?

2. Now select the field "Beratimg für Zuwander*innen" (="Advice for immigrants")
3.First of all you need to create an account.
4. Here you have to enter your name and email address. Please write down a note of your access data so that you can always access the consultations you have carried out on the portal.
5. Already have an account? Then you can register directly.
How does the advice work?
1. Now select the field "BeraterInnen" (="Counselors"). Here you can see the business cards of all consultants who work in the project "Prepared and successful to Germany". The business cards are sorted alphabetically by country. You can also see which language the project team members speak.
2. When you have found the right consultant, you can start a new chat session. If you have already had one or more consultations, you can simply reopen an existing session.
3. In the chat you can now write a message or upload documents. It is not necessary for your advisor to be online at the moment. But if he or she is online at the same time, you can connect to a video chat using the microphone icon and, if you prefer, the camera icon. You can exit the session using the arrow at the top left.
4. You will receive an email notification when your advisor has answered your question(s).
What do you have to consider?
- Online advice cannot replace personal advice. The more accurate and complete your information is, the better and more correct answers we can give. In many cases we will also have to ask so that we can give you correct information. With the online consultation, we can only check to a limited extent whether we have understood you and our answer correctly. You should therefore definitely take advantage of personal or at least telephone advice.
- You can also contact us by email. However, this communication is not data-protected, which is why we recommend this online consultation tool or personal consultation for a secure exchange of documents. All contact details of our project staff can be found in the "Project teams" section.
